Moderators are people who help keep our social network organised, friendly and informative. Please thank them and send gifts and song occasionally. Moderators control individual content. They can edit posts in their forums, blogs, albums, groups etc.. If you have a question about a particular content, you should direct it to your VUDESK moderator. If you have an issue with how something has been moderated send a polite email to the moderator or the administrators.

ADMINISTRATION TEAM

Administration consist of Authorized Moderator Admins.

Admin Post is one of the most serious and responsible post of our network.Every member should thanks admins for their efforts and encourage them for more good contents sharing.We not select admins from Members or Moderators till they become capable to manage Programmable & Network Issues along with Security And Privacy of network .

Admin Works on internal issues of network.

Admins always work for vudesk in new ways with new and unique contents,Gadgets,softs,vids and Dedicated Support .

To Contact Admin Just Check (ADMIN) tag with any name in Chat list of Member names.

Learn to respect others and you will get the same respect back.

Do not insult the Administrators, Moderators or members.

Do not attack others. Personal attacks on others will not be tolerated here. Challenging others points of view and opinions are acceptable but do so in a respectful and thoughtful manner without personal attack. This will help create a pleasant and clean environment for all members.

No offensive, sexually explicit, or objectifying material.

Do not post any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, porn, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable in your posts/threads and/or PMs. This includes the use of language/words as well as images and videos.

No Copyrighted Material

Information copyrighted or owned by any individual or entity other than the member should not be posted on the discussion forums or software libraries without the consent of the owner. If such an event occurs, the individual posting the information shall be held solely responsible. VUDESKshall not be held responsible for member-posted information that may violate copyright law.

You cannot legally post entire articles or news in the forum, blogs, groups etc without permission from the copyright holder. Even if you attribute the article correctly it’s still copyright infringement. Copyright law does not care if you make any money off of the work or not, what matters is if you hurt the potential income of the copyright holder. In this case you would be depriving them of ad revenue and it is illegal. Under Fair Use provisions you can legally post a small abstract of an article - or perhaps the opening paragraph. So if you want to post an article you should do this and include a link, or just post the link.

Flodding & Spamming Strictly Prohibited

We strictly forbid our members from Advertisements,Spam or flodding in chat room.We suspend account for 4 hours from chat for first warning. In critical situation we suspend account along with IP ADDRESS( Vudesk.com can,t be open ever on member PC) with a permanent Ban
