400 gm Chicken breast
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Tara garam Masala
2 tsp Garlic chopped
1/4 tsp Black pepper crushed
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red chili crushed
as required Oil
1/2 cup White flour
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
Cut chicken in stripes and marinate it with ¼ cup yogurt, 1
tsp of Tara garam Masala, 2 tsp of garlic chopped, ¼ tsp of black pepper, ½ tsp
of salt and ½ tsp of red chili crushed and leave it to marinate.
In another bowl mix white flour and ½ cup of bread crumbs
together. Now coat marinated chicken with white flour mixture and deep fry it.
Serve it with green salad.
