(6) Executive summery:
MCB bank limited formally Muslim commercial bank limited. It Incorporated in 1947. MCB soon earned the reputation of a solid and conservative financial institution. in 1974 MCB was nationalize along with the other entire private sector bank with 1007 branches over 750 of automated branches, over 550 ATMs in the market.
MCB streamlined focus on rationalization of expenses realignment of backend processing to increase productivity, enhancement of customer service standard, process efficiency and control the bank has taken the lead in introducing the innovative concept of centralizing the trade services in the county by providing centralize foreign trade services to branches with a view to improve efficiency, expertise and reduce delivery cost.
During the course of internship I learned about different function performed by remittance, account opening department, clearing department and customer service office department and bank as whole.
I learned about documentation requirements and record keeping for different activities and process especially the documentation requirement of different kinds of financing facilities. Finally MCB have a team of committed professional providing innovative and efficient financial solution to create and nurture relationship with there shareholders
