E-Commerce technologies are very helpful in decision making process for human beings but we can not say that these technologies can provide complete substitute of humans. I contradict this statement that “E-commerce Technologies can completely compensate human managerial and decision activities“, because these technologies are man made and can not make whole process independently. these are dependent on humans for initiating any action or process, without humans interference these technologies are useless.Electronic commerce technologies are changing the way that work tasks are conducted and thus have significant implications for the way organizations manage their human resource functions. Although the impact of IT on work and employment has been the subject of research, little attention has been paid to electronic commerce and its effect on work organization and HR management.
