It work on DSL connection or Opeen conections.

 

Free IP change Application is not good. dont use that it will only blind you but in real no IP change occurs,

Wateen qubee evo etc is lan services so you can not change IP on that. if you change this will stop working.

 

But open connection work. In pakistan let me tell you some thing intresting.

In pakistan your IP change automatically after every re-connection of internet.

 

For international IP change Some paid applications are availbale on net. or PHP or VB self mad programming application  also help in changing it. But main disadvantage is that. if you use paid or free. FIA or anyone can track it easily.

 

If you learn the whole IP meaining you come to know that its not an easy issue. Tracker track it easily but you can do i liite joke with un-aware frnds bcz they can easily become fool on seeing it.
